Shift Shop Week 3 Meal Plan with Recipes

Hello WEEK 3 - this has gone by super fast! I am sad to report that I did an awesome job making my meal plan last week but not sticking to it! Here is how the workouts shake out this week ...
Monday: Speed 45

Tuesday: Strength 45

Wednesday: Speed 45

Thursday: Strength 45 and Abs

Friday: Speed 45

Saturday: Strength 45 and Abs

Sunday: Rest or Stretch

And with the start of week 3 also comes the start of a STARCHY CARB FREE WEEK! The plan allows for more veggies and proteins and good fats so that is a win!! I admit as a CARB JUNKIE this will be tough - but clearly where the results lie!!!
