Core De Force Weekly Meal Plan with Recipes 1200-1499



For those of you who are already familiar with The 21 Day Fix, Extreme or really any of the NEWER Beachbody programs you’ll be VERY happy to know that Core de Force is also using the same container system as those awesome programs.... I am starting week 3 of Core De Force tomorrow and it is my first week of having a plan in place, (KEY to having any success - you can not out train a bad diet) I know that once I stick to this plan my results will come!

For those of you who aren't already using the container system to portion out your meals, trust me when I say you WANT to be! Because it makes eating healthy so simple. If you can use a measuring cup, you can use these portion control containers no problem. No counting calories, you’re just tracking your servings!
