Core De Force Eggs with Peppers & Kale



I adapted this recipe from the one in the CORE DE FORCE eating guide and is now one of my favorites. I also had some left over sweet potatoes that I threw in the pan and warmed up - a perfect way to start your day!

What you need:

1 tsp Olive Oil

1 cup chopped Kale

1/2 medium red bell pepper

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 Eggs

What to do:

Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add kale and peppers - season with salt and pepper, cook for 3-5 minutes stirring frequently, set aside, in same pan cook eggs to your liking, I did over medium... Plop eggs ON TOP of kale mixture and enjoy!

Container Count: 1 Red - 1 1/2 Green
