80 Day Obsession Peak Week Meal Plan with Deplete Days
Final week of 80 Day Obsession means PEEK WEEK and DEPLETE DAYS, this is a big change in the program where Autumn gives you the option of reducing your carbs and increasing your protein to finish strong with an all-out “shed and shred.”
Deplete Days help you:
lose a little more weight fast
During the week you follow deplete day container counts from the Nutrition Guide for two days, then do a normal day of food, then back to 2 days on the deplete containers. You’ll still follow Timed Nutrition each day that week. If you have done 21 Day Fix Extreme then you will notice that this plan is very similar to the Countdown to Competition plan.
