The 4th of July is all about friends, family and food, and not always healthy food! It is very possible you can still have fun without sacrificing your healthy habits or beach body, it's all about being prepared! Since I started my journey of clean eating, I was amazed how many delicious options there are even for those holidays that tend to be BBQ and CHIP central.
