Sausage & Egg Breakfast Cups - Low Carb, Budget Friendly, Easy!

Looking for an easy breakfast meal prep option??? Say HELLO to these delicious sausage & egg breakfast cups. They make a yummy low carb grab & go breakfast. Make ahead & store in the freezer. If they last that long! My family ate them up within 30 min.

Sausage And Egg Breakfast Cups

What you need:

1 pound ground sausage (pork, chicken, or turkey) Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon nutritional yeast ¼ teaspoon parsley 6 eggs Suggested Fillings: Cheese & Veggies I used 1/2 Red pepper chopped and about 1/2 cup of broccoli, I had already cooked leftover

What you do:

1. Mix sausage, and seasoning in a bowl until well combined. 2. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners and start to form shells with the sausage mix. Cover the sides and leave room in the middle for the eggs. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, salt and pepper. 4. Pour egg mixture into the middle of each cup. 5. Top with veggies and shredded cheese 6. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. 7. Enjoy!
