Healthy Banana Zucchini Muffins are made with honey, whole wheat flour, banana, and you can even add a few chocolate chips for added fun. Moist, fluffy, and kids love them too! This healthy zucchini muffin recipe makes the perfect lunch box treat.

What you need:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt 1/3 cup honey 2 tbsp organic butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 mashed bananas 1 cup fresh zucchini, grated
(Optional - Chocolate Chips) I add a few to half of the muffins for a sweet treat!
What you do:
Preheat oven to 375°
Fill and line a 12-cup muffin pan with silicone baking cups
Melt butter and honey in the microwave, stir in vanilla extract
Whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.
Mash banana in a small bowl and mix in grated zucchini and melted-butter mixture; stir until combined.
Combine Flour mixture with butter mixture
Fill each baking cup 2/3 full of batter.
Bake for about 18 minutes OR until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let muffins cool for 5 ... ENJOY!!!
