I worked on this meal plan as I was heading for our end of summer family vacation (literally I was ABOVE the clouds as I typed) – I am super excited because for the first time we are going out of the Country as a family! We have never done this and prior to joining Beachbody Coaching family we couldn’t afford it. We were the family that took long weekends or short weekends, not the family that bought four plane tickets! – So while I won’t be following this plan since I will be enjoying a little island life it is something to look forward to once we get home! – I am going to be trying a few new recipes, from Confessions of Fit Foodie that look really yummy…. if you try them and enjoy let me know how the are!
