✩★ 1year ago I took a huge leap of faith ★✩ I said yes to online health & fitness coaching - I said yes to changing my lifestyle and I said yes to not settling for less. It literally took me ONE ROUND of the program, losing weight, falling in love with Shakeology and incorporating personal development into my life to decide "yup, this is for me." I just loved everything about the way I was feeling and loved everything about the people I was surrounded by daily! I can say since last May everything about me has changed. ★ I'm healthier than I have ever been, thanks to coaching ★ I'm more confident, thanks to coaching ★ I have managed to make extra money, thanks to coaching. ★ I learned how to help other people do the same thing, thanks to coaching I could go on all day, point is: I AM BLESSED because of this opportunity. By sharing my journey, my struggles, my celebrations, my weight-loss..... I have motivated others to help THEMSELVES and change their lives. That's what coaches do--INSPIRE .. ❤ There is no better reward than being able to truly help someone find themselves again! The last year has had it's ups and downs and it has not always been easy but it has always been WORTH IT! So here's to ONE YEAR of coaching down & many more to come!
