Coconut Oil Coffee



I blended 1tsp of coconut oil with my coffee this morning. It was divine! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a milk or cream substitute in their coffee.

Delicious, frothy, healthy fat and with a caffeine kick. Mmm mmm.. I was recently introduced to the bulletproof method - which is blending your fresh, organic coffee with grass-fed butter. Yes, blending coffee with butter, HOWEVER; as a fix follower BUTTER is not the way to start your day so I looked into substituting with coconut oil and it's amazing!

There are so many health benefits to coconut oil & even more when you blend it with your morning coffee, such as increasing energy, speeding up your metabolism, & boosting your immune system, just to name a few.

Coconut oil is made up of MCT (medium chain triglycerides), which is rapidly absorbed by the body & metabolizes as fuel instead of being stored as fat, which then results in an accelerated metabolic conversion.

My favorite way to drink coffee 😊

🔸coconut oil-1 tsp

🔸maple extract-1/2 tsp 🔸organic stevia 1 tsp (or to taste) Blend for about 40 seconds on high ☕️ (MUST BE BLENDED)
