2B Mindset Approved Wonder Whips Recipes



These are Wonderful for Crushing Hunger & Sweet Cravings!!! Thank you to and her LIFE CHANGING nutrition program I am enjoying amzing foods and desserts like this and still losing weight!

What is a Wonder Whip?

It’s a HUGE serving of your favorite treats, but in a healthier version. Wonder whips satisfy your sweet tooth and align with a healthy lifestyle and weightloss goal!

These Wonder Whips fit right in with the 2B Mindset program and are approved for the portion fix program as well.

You never need to stop having your favorite flavors and the foods you love, but you need to be open minded to trying smarter swaps.

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Wonder Whip

What you need:

  • 1 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 heaping tablespoons powdered peanut powder (PB2)

  • 1 tsp. Cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

  • sweetener of your choice

  • (I prefer stevia, monk fruit extract, and surkin or choc zero syrup

  • 1/4 cup fiber one cereal

What you do:

Whip all the above together and top with fiber one.

OPTIONAL:

Top with Strawberries, Shredded Coconut & Cocoa Nibs or any other fun toppings you like!


 

Peppermint Patty Wonder Whip

What you need:

1 cup Greek or nondairy high protein yogurt 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (or more of you want) 2-3 tsp cacao nibs stevia to taste

What you do:

Whip all the above together and top with nibs.


 

Almond Joy Wonder Whip

What you need:

1 cup 0-2% plain Greek yogurt

2 tsp. Cocoa powder

1 tsp. vanilla or coconut extract, stevia (or natural sweetener of your choice) to taste

1 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp. cocoa nibs

What you do:

Whip all the above together and top nibs & shredded coconut


 

Peach Cobbler Wonder Whip

What you need:

1 cup 0-2% plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp. vanilla or carmel extract, stevia (or natural sweetener of your choice) to taste

1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon (to taste - start with 1/2 tsp and add more if needed)

1 peach sliced

2-3 tsp almonds

What you do:

Whip all the above together and top with peaches & almonds
