Week two meal plan is in place! I am LOVING the workouts - timed nutrition not as much but I start each week with a plan and aim to do my best to follow it! Over the last two years I have really been able to incorporate clean eating with my lifestyle and get my family on board! Gone are the days of baked chicken and steamed broccoli everyday, I have goals but I also have taste buds so if it is going to work for me then it needs to taste good!
