Maple Dijon Chicken



Seriously this is my family's ABSOLUTE favorite way to eat chicken - they would probably eat this every single day they like it so much!

Ingredients:

Chicken thighs- 1 package

Dijon mustard- 1/2 cup

Maple syrup- 1/4 cup

Rice/rice wine vinegar- 1 tablespoon

Fresh rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 450º F.

Mix together 1/2 cup of dijon mustard, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of rice/rice wine vinegar.

Put in foiled lined pan

Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper

Pour your maple mustard mixture over chicken - turning to coat

Bake 35 min - let rest 5

Sprinkle with Rosemary
