Shakeology Berry Smoothie Bowl
Have you Tried a SHAKEOLOGY SMOOTHIE BOWL YET?
If you haven’t, you are missing out! They are super easy and really yummy! My kids LOVE them and I even hide veggies in them! If you Just blend your Shakeology as normal, but add more ice or less liquid so it is really thick. It works best if you add a 1/2 frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower. (I promis you won't even taste it) Then you simply pour in a pretty bowl, and have fun decorating!

Flax / Chia Seed

What you need:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
¼ frozen banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup ice
1 Tbsp. sliced raw almonds
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. cocoa nibs
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
What you do:
Place almond milk, Shakeology, blueberries, banana, cauliflower and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Place smoothie in a medium bowl. Top with all the fun toppings and enjoy!
PORTION FIX COUNT:
FOR BASE 1 R - 1/2 G - 1 P - 1 tsp
- then count toppings accordingly
