Greek Yogurt Bowl

A great recipe from the CORE DE FORCE eating guide - simple and satisfying!
What you need:
3/4 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt (I like Fage brand)
1 cup fresh mixed berries
1 cup all-natural muesli
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
What you do:
1. Place yogurt in medium serving bowl.
2. Top with berries, muesli, and cinnamon. Enjoy!

1 Yellow, 1 Purple, 1 Red
