Plan ahead:

Meal prepping is key to your success while doing EVERY PROGRAM - 21 Day Fix EXTREME is no different. A few things to help with successful meal prepping.

1) Don’t overdo it- stick to no more than 2 (different) meals per week, lunch and breakfasts, they do not have to be too complicated. Keep it simple, clean and fresh.

Social Trackers:

Use your online tools to help keep you on track-this grocery list and meal tracker are an amazing resource. Also track the amount of water you've consumed for the day.

Accountability Groups:

Make sure you get yourself into a challenge group! You don’t have to participate and post every day, but to have that accountability there for you is invaluable. Who doesn't want to be part of a community where all the members are working toward the same goal!
