Color Counting Meal Plan - Fix, Fix Extreme, Hard Corps, Hammer & Chisel



Here is my game plan for the next week! I will prep my fruits veggies and lunches - If your new to meal plan and prepping I always suggest - repeat your meals for the first week and don't over complicate things. Once you get the hang of the prep and planning then you can start to change up the recipes.

Veggie Flatbread Pizza

Turkey Meatballs with Spaghetti Squash - going to try my girlfriends Meatball recipe this week:

One package of ground turkey, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon no sugar added tomato paste, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 cloves garlic chopped, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon oregano or parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, turn halfway through..

Chipotle Turkey Wrap

1 small whole wheat tortilla spread with Avocado Chipotle Dressing topped with 6 slices turkey breast and 1/2 cup chopped and shredded lettuce; serve with 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
