Summer Veggie Pizza with Cauliflower Crust

What you need:

  • 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella

  • 2-3 Mini Peppers Sliced

  • handfull of black olives

  • 2-3 m Mini Peppers Sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Baby Bella Mushrooms

  • Fresh Basil

What you do:
  1. Prebake crust as indicated on instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, hand chop all the yummy veggies

  3. When the crust is ready, top with Ricotta, Veggies and then sprinkle with Mozerralla cheese - Bake another 10 min until veggies are to taste.

  4. Sprikle with fresh basil & serve

  5. ENJOY!!!!!
