How to Make Salt Water Sole

What you need:

  • A Large Glass Jar - I bought mine at TARGET - but you can grab some here

  • A plastic lid - DO NOT USE MEDAL - (I use Platic Wrap and a rubber band) you can however use lids like these

  • Pink Himalayan Salt (roughly 1-2 cups)

  • Filtered water

What you do:

  • Fill the jar about 1/4 of the way with Pink Himalayan Salt

  • You can also use Celtic Salt or Blending of different the two

  • Add filtered water to fill the jar

  • Put on the plastic lid and let sit overnight

  • The next day, if there is still some salt on the bottom of the jar, the water has absorbed its maximum amount of salt and the SOLE' is ready to use

  • If all of the salt is absorbed, you need to add more salt and continue doing so each day until some remains

Once your water is fully saturated, there’s only one more step to completing your sole water. Putting it under the sun!

Daily - add 1 tsp (or more depending on taste - I like a large glass with 1 T) - into a glass of room temp water. Consume it daily on an empty stomach - Do not use a metal utensil to measure or touch the Sole with any metal object because metal causes oxidation with salt.
