Can you believe that next week is already Thanksgiving?! Where has the year gone? Here is my plan for next week taking into account Thanksgiving which I will be enjoying at a family mem so while I can't control it all I do plan to bring an AMAZING Cauliflower Stuffing Recipe I stumbled upon earlier this week. I will running a COUNTDOWN to 80 Day Obsession - HOLIDAY SURVIVAL group the Monday after Thanksgiving - No holiday jiggle for this momma , let me know if you want to join me? !!!

MIXED SALAD:

Mixed salad (1 cup spinach, ⅓ cup cucumbers, ⅓ cup tomatoes, ⅓ cup bell peppers), 4 oz. grilled chicken breast cooked in 1 tsp. olive oil, ¼ cup quinoa with and ¼ cup corn topped with 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds = 1 red, 2 green, 1 yellow, 1 orange, 1 tsp.
