Shift Shop Meal Plan - Week 2 with Family Friendly Recipes



Down 3 pounds after almost 1 week (Day 5 Today) of shift shop and feeling amazing! I am loving incorporating the meal plan with Intermittent Fasting as I am a girl who likes to eat fast and have big portions so this way of eating makes for a happy girl!!!

So what to consider with the meal plan is that Week 2 nutrition with the Shift Shop changes slightly. We actually decrease a carb and increase a veggie. (Though I consider the VEGGIE count to be a minimum) Each bracket will change based on your weight but for those in bracket A like me that is how it goes. This IS part of the shredding process and why the results are amazing! It is about cutting those carbs, increasing your good fats and protein and leaning out!!!

Week 2 also cuts down the OPTIONS of your carbs - the plan removes black beans and re fried beans and we are down to sweet potatoes, white potatoes, and squashes. So this plan accounts for that!

Sheet Pan Egg & Sweet Potato Hash - I am going to adapt recipe to add more veggies & less sweet potato to make it work so that it is NOT 2 yellow containers.
