How did I get here ????

One day at a time, one workout at a time, one meal at a time.... with a few treats and cocktails in between!!!

Has it been easy.... NO Am I always Motivated .... NO

But I have found something that works for me and so many woman who have said YES and joined me!

I’m not missing out on life, or fun cocktails, or desserts, or carbs, I’m just enjoying them in moderation. I’m not spending two hours a day killing myself on some crazy gym machine … I’m spending 40 or less getting sweaty in my own home. (Some days in my PJ’s) and I’ve got a big group of us who are going to start this program together, in a private group, next Monday!


Don’t wait until summer is here and you are hiding under a cover up - decide today what you’re going to do to reach those goals… commit NOW to making the change and investing in your health. I'll be enrolling people all week, then next week we'll be putting together meal plans and getting to know each other in my private group. Then we'll spend the next 30 days working towards our healthiest and happiest selves. #OperationBikini2017

Its not going to happen overnight, its not going to happen by taking some magic pill, its not going to happen by following some super strict, zero fun plan. But, if you commit, it IS going to happen!
