Instant Pot Unstuffed Cabbage

This is a quick and easy main dish. My kids don't even like cabbage, but they love this.

What you need: 1 lbs ground beef or turkey (I used both since that is what I had) 1 T. olive oil 1 cup onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 T. minced garlic 1 small head cabbage cut into large chunks 1 1/2 t. Pink Himalayan salt 1 t. paprika 1/2 t. fennel 1 t. onion powder 1/2 t. dried oregano 1/2 t. pepper 1/2 t. garlic powder 2 small cans or 1 large diced tomatoes 1 T. Worcestershire 2 cups chicken broth

What you do: Turn Instant Pot on Sauté. Add olive oil, allow to heat for 1 minute. Add ground beef / turkey and brown. If you have a lot of liquid (drain from pot) Add onion, green pepper and fresh garlic... Cook Stir 2 Minutes Add seasonings, diced tomatoes, broth and cabbage... Stir. Close lid, turn Vent knob to “Sealing”. Press “Manual” button and adjust cook time to 10 minutes. Once cook time is complete, Instant Pot will beep and automatically change to “Keep Warm” setting. Allow Instant Pot to naturally depressurize (NPR) for 10 minutes - then quick release pressure (QPR) any remaining pressure.

Stir & Serve!!!
