I am so excited about our the momentum of our current New Year Healthy You Challenge Group, I am looking to help those of you have fallen off from your goals, given up on the gym or haven't yet committed to make a change this year! Did you know… about 50% of people who set resolutions fall back into their old habits by the end of January? Don’t let that happen to you! With this group, my team of coaches and I provide 1:1 accountability via a private Facebook group to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
I am looking for another 5-10 participants to start on January 30th. For my newbies - I can help match you with the fitness program best suited towards your OWN goals and likes.
You won't need ANY equipment or gym ..
NO complicated machines or heavy weights..
NO long hours with a personal trainer..

Promise to give me your all for just 30 minutes a day and TOGETHER we will get you sculpted, leaned out, 100% confident and completely bikini ready (summer bodies are made in the winter) We will focus on EATING CLEAN for maximum results and minimal pain!
In the group, we will provide a daily assignment with all sorts of printables, recipes, menu plans and other ideas to help you succeed. We will discuss topics like emotional eating, eating out, traveling, temptations, late-night snacking and whatever the group decides is relevant to them in their goals. There will be fun prizes too. So many of my challengers have gone on to group after group because they find that the camaraderie and relationships that they develop truly motivate them to keep going. Group starts 1/30 with preseason.
