My Plan is created and I am getting my workout in before we head out for a family picnic! Life never stops, there is always something to do and someplace to be! You can still make fitness & nutrition a success no matter what your life looks like!! Summer is here and traveling, vacations and pool parties are what we do! 👙🌴🌊 I hope everyone has a fun and safe Memorial Day, tomorrow I may indulge a little as we are headed to another family BBQ ..... but I will keep my portions in check and most importantly enjoy my time with friends and family! It's all about BALANCE right!!! I also plan to FOLLOW C2C (countdown to competition) meal plan Tuesday - Thursday to help me get back on track.
