What the HECK is this COACHING thing all about?



What do I do as a coach?

  • I workout 5-6 times a week for a maximum of 40 minutes a day. (Most days it's under 30)

  • I drink a super healthy superfoods shake ONCE a day.

  • I share on social media to inspire others.

  • I run private online challenge groups on Facebook.

  • I invite people to join me.

  • I am a SUPPORTER/ CHEERLEADER/ QUESTION ANSWERER to my challengers, motivating and HELPING them on their journey!

  • I work with people who want to do the same things listed above and help them to do it too!

The bottom line is I WORK ON MYSELF, share that with others and help them WORK ON THEMSELVES.
