Turkey Meatballs



Baked turkey meatballs, made with just a few CLEAN ingredients, are quick and easy to prepare and can be used in your favorite dish starring meatballs. I use these when I make a SUNDAY SAUCE with spaghetti squash - top with a 1T ricotta cheese and they are amazing!

Ingredients:

1 Pound Ground Turkey

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

1 T No Sugar added Tomato Paste

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 Cloves Garlic Chopped

1/2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions:

Mix all of the above - portion into 12 meatballs - Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, turn halfway through.

2 Meatballs per serving - I only count them as 1 Red (the yellow is so small it's not even a quarter per serving)
