Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
I love cauliflower, especially cauliflower baked in the oven. Cauliflower after roasting and baking in the oven will caramelize making it one of the best roasted vegetables ever
(2) Tbsp Olive Oil
(2) Tsp Paprika
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
Cut Cauliflower into florets.
Toss in bowl with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
Roast 40 – 45 minutes, tossing a few times. Sprinkle with Paprika.
