Meal Plan w/ Container Count & recipes.. 22 MIN Hard Corp - 21 Day Fix - Hammer & Chisel
Tomorrow kicks off our teams official 22 Min Hard Corp test group - our first week in our groups is always Preseason where we work on Before / Afters, measurements and meal prep but I am diving right in and starting workouts right away! If you’ve done the 21 Day Fix or Hammer & Chisel the portion-control containers are the same, so this plan can work for you too! What’s different about 22 Minute Hard Corps is they recommend WHEN to have them and for which meal.
The 22 Minute Hard Corps food list is similar to, but slightly different than the 21 Day Fix foods list. With this meal plan book, more choices are given as examples, as compared to 21 Day Fix. There are also some great prep-ahead suggestions, how to repurpose leftovers and advice on what to do if you plateau. There are lots of yummy-sounding recipes and resources and I am trying them out this week! I’ll be sure to share any new ones I try!

3/4 Cup Rotisserie Chicken breast + 5 grilled asparagus spears, 1/2 cup steamed snap peas seasoned with 2 T sesame seads + 1/2 cup brown rice, sprinkled with cumin, chili powder and fresh cilantro
3/4 cup (3oz) steamed tilapia seasoned with curry powder + 1 cup steamed snap peas dressed with 1tsp coconut oil
