Turkey Meatballs



Turkey Meatballs - 21 Day Fix Approved

1 lb - Lean Ground Turkey Meat 1 - Large Egg, lightly beaten 3/4 cup - Quick Cooking Rolled Oats 2 Cloves - Garlic, finely chopped 2 Tbs - Tomato Sauce - (I make my own, but you can use canned - no sugar added) 1 Tbsp - Italian Seasoning

1 tsp - Paprika1 tsp - Himalayan Salt

1 tsp - Parsely

1/2 tsp - Pepper

Instructions (Serves 6)

Lightly coat large baking sheet with spray oil. Combine turkey, salt, paprika, pepper, beaten egg, oats, garlic, parsley, and 2 Tbsp of tomato sauce in a large bowl; mix well by hand. Roll mixture into 30 1-inch meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle.

I also make Zucchini noodles and serve it with my homeade sauce. Just like spaghetti & meatballs!
